Will was great. He came out on a Saturday to fix a burst pipe. He was honest , friendly, and very knowledgeable. He did a great repair and even gave us some helpful advice on what to do to help us in the future. Prices were very reasonable, much better than the quotes we got from other companies just to come out and assess the situation. They also were very accommodating and made sure we were sent someone who would fit under the house. Will recommend and use again if needed. ** Update: We had to have all of our pipes replaced. They came out and did a great job. Both Hal and Will were quick, efficient , and did a professional job as if they were working on their own homes. They had to crawl under our home and were covered from head to toe in mud, but they got the job done. Thank you again.

Today was our first experience using AccuTemp and they are now in my contact list to call the next time we have an issue. William was wonderful in fixing our electrical outlet issue. He was very thorough in diagnosing the power problem and gave us options for solutions to fix it explaining everything as he did.

Will was very professional and pleasant. He stayed to make sure the issue was addressed. I hope I don't have to see him again with the problem being fixed now, but if I need more help, I'm happy to call and have him come back for any future issues. I'm very satisfied.

This was my first time using Accu Temp Services. The Service Tech (Chase Keller) arrived on time and immediately went to work to resolve the blocked sewer line issue. He was professional, honest, friendly, very polite, and knowledgeable of the job. He gave exceptional service. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. The blocked was cleared and he stayed to test all toilets to make sure the issue was resolved. I'm happy to call and request him to come back for any furure services. Customer service was good when I called them too. I would highly recommend them for plumbing issues.
